Information on the protection of your privacy and personal data

For the protection of your personal rights we have a clear policy on the collection and use of your personal data which may, for example, be collected when you visit or order products from our homepage. May we ask you to please read the following statement in which we inform you about the following issues:

What information do we store about you?

We do not actively collect any personal data about you when you visit our website. However, whenever you wish to use our web services such as our online planning tools, you will be asked to enter your personal data. You will then receive an e-mail message in which we inform you which of your personal data we have stored.
If you want to become a customer of our internet shop, we will ask you to register with us. For this purpose we will ask you for information such as your name, date of birth, address and telephone number as well as your e-mail address. You can (and must) protect these data by a password (to be selected by you).

For what purpose are these data collected?

There are a number of instances where your personal data may help us to provide you with better service. For your orders, for example, you only need to register indicating your e-mail address and your password. Our system will then automatically look for the required data.

How do we handle these data?

We treat stored data strictly confidential and will only use them for purposes for which you have given your consent to do so.
For the particular case of your log-on to our online shop we have taken protective measures to ensure that your data associated with purchases in our shop are accurate, complete and up to date at all times. You can, of course, at any time access the data we have stored about you and change them accordingly. In this way you help us keep your contact information updated and complete at all times.

Who do we share these data with?

We take the protection of your personal rights very seriously. We therefore assure you that we will not sell or rent information we have stored about you to any other suppliers.
In the event that you wish to pay for products ordered in the online shop by Visa-Card, MasterCard or direct debit, we reserve the right to forward your data to WorldPay. This is a provider of payment solutions for internet shops who will receive your payment in our name and transfer it to us.

How do we protect your data?

We have taken precautionary measures to protect your data from loss, theft and abuse as well as from unauthorised access, disclosure, modification and destruction. This includes administrative, electronic and physical procedures. In our online shop we use industry standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption on all sites where personal data must be entered. If you wish to make online purchases in our internet shop, you must use a browser with SSL capability (e.g. Netscape Navigator from version 3.0, Internet Explorer). The confidentiality of your personal data and credit card data can thus be ensured for your transactions on the internet.


Just like other companies, also we use cookies on our web sites. Cookies are small text files that our server sends to the hard disk of your PC via your web browser. This makes it possible for us to recognise you automatically upon your next visit to our website and to address you by your name. If you do not want us to recognise your computer, please set your internet browser in such a way that it deletes cookies from your hard disk, blocks all cookies or warns you before a cookie is stored.
