Information on purchase and installation of spare parts

Our electric devices comply with the applicable safety regulations. Attention: Electrical devices may only be repaired by qualified personnel. Poorly carried out repairs can endanger the safety of the user.

Our spare parts and retrofit kits are intended for installation and use in combination with our electrotechnical devices. Smooth functioning and the safety of the devices may be at risk if spare parts are not installed by qualified persons or if spare parts are installed which have not been approved by us for use.
