Another year is drawing to a close, and again there are lots of good things that are worth looking back on: These include, for example, the new, highly efficient LA..TU series of air-to-water heat pumps, which sparked great interest and high demand thanks to technical innovations. The same is also true for the systems and solutions offered by the newly created Dimplex Airsystems division, which has made us able to optimally serve the market for controlled room ventilation.

As the end of the year approaches, it offers, as always, a motive to look forward and get a glimpse of the future: The summit for climate change in Copenhagen has shown us the way. Never before have so many governments and the entire world public been so emphatically committed to the issues of climate protection and CO2 reduction.

The technical solutions needed for great advances in this regard are already extensively available. Our product range, designed to make use of renewable energies, is the best example of this. Now all that is needed is the systematic advancement and implementation of these technologies.

With this in mind, we would like to thank you for the cooperative working relationship in the past year, and wish you and your family a merry Christmas and a good start to a successful year in 2010.
